Sticker Sheets
Sticker sheets are full-colour paper stickers on pre-cut A4 sheets, in 23 sizes across circles, squares and rectangles. The semi-gloss surface takes most pens, which makes them right for best-before dates, prices and names. Order from five sheets. They're the cheapest way to label a small batch of dry products, packaging or parcels.
Stickers on a Roll
Stickers on a roll are for 1,000 or more labels of one design. They're quicker to peel and apply in bulk, and tidier to store. Choose gloss paper for dry products, uncoated paper for writing on, or waterproof polypropylene for anything chilled, wet or oily, such as fridge products, drinks, candles and cosmetics.
Vinyl Stickers
Vinyl stickers are waterproof and tougher than paper, for packaging, cups, equipment, vans and outdoor use. They're printed in-house in Burnley as round, square and rectangle stickers from 50, with gloss, matt or no lamination. The range also includes business card stickers on high tack vinyl, which tradespeople stick on fuse boards and boilers.
Electrician Stickers
Electrician stickers are testing, inspection and safety labels for electrical work, printed in full colour for consumer units, installations and site use.
Getting It Right
If it will get wet, don't choose paper. Paper stickers go soft and peel in the fridge, in the rain or with oily hands. Use vinyl or polypropylene.
If you need to write on it often, check the pen. Paper takes ordinary pens. Vinyl needs a Sharpie or similar.
If it's going on a curved jar or bottle, measure the straight section and choose a label a few millimetres smaller, so it doesn't crease.
Bleed differs between products. Sticker sheets need 1mm, vinyl stickers 3mm and business card stickers 2mm. Check the product page before you set up your file.
Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.
