Advertising That Works Where You Do

The best advertising a trade business has is the job itself. A finished driveway, a new roof, scaffolding up for three weeks on a busy street — all of it is being looked at by people who might need the same work doing.

The only question is whether they know who did it.

Everything here exists to answer that: signage that goes up with the job, branding that travels on the van, and details that stay behind when you leave.

On the Job

• Site boards — 800 x 600mm in 6mm Correx or 3mm ACM. The classic board for fences, hoardings and front gardens. From a single board.
• Scaffold signs — 900 x 600mm double sided on 10mm PVC, supplied with a steel frame and fixings that clamp straight onto the tube.
• Heras fencing banners — M1/B1 fire rated mesh cut to 3375 x 1780mm, sized to fit standard Heras panels. Gate covers and multi-panel runners available.
• Outdoor banner frames — freestanding 3m x 1m aluminium frame with 440gsm PVC banner, single or double sided.
• Pavement swing signs — steel frame and panel in four sizes, for site entrances, driveways and directing deliveries.

On the Move

• Vehicle magnets — 0.85mm road-grade magnetic sheet in four sizes. Branding on for the job and off at the weekend, with no permanent modification to the vehicle.

Left Behind

• Business card stickers — 85 x 55mm on high tack waterproof vinyl, ten to a sheet. Stuck to a fuse board or boiler, your details are still there when the next fault happens.

Paperwork

• Plan printing — A0 to A3 technical drawings on 80gsm bond, colour or mono, folded to A4. For architects, engineers, surveyors and anyone submitting a planning application.

Choosing the Right Board

Three board materials run through this range, and the difference is durability against cost.

Correx is corrugated plastic — light, waterproof and the cheapest option. Right for boards that stay on one job and get replaced when they look tired, or where you're putting out a lot at once.

ACM is aluminium composite, sometimes sold as Dibond. Genuinely rigid and properly weatherproof. Worth the difference for a board that moves site to site and needs to still look professional on the tenth job.

10mm PVC Foamex is our thickest, used on scaffold signs. Solid rather than corrugated, so there's nothing to tear along, and rigid enough that it doesn't drum in the wind.

Designing Trade Signage

Everything in this range is read from a distance, at speed, by someone who isn't looking for it. The same three rules apply throughout.

Trade, name, number. Three things. A board listing every service you offer communicates nothing from twenty feet.

Make the phone number big. It's the only element that turns a passer-by into a call.

Contrast over brand colours. A design that looks smart on screen can disappear against a hedge, a brick wall or a grey sky.

Turnaround, Artwork and Delivery

Turnaround runs from 2 to 5 working days depending on the product — scaffold signs take longest because of the frame and CNC cutting. Turnaround covers production only, with delivery on top.

Delivery varies by product. Scaffold signs and outdoor banner frames ship free; smaller items carry a flat delivery charge shown on each product page. Collection from our Burnley production facility is available on everything.

Supply artwork as a print-ready PDF in CMYK. Bleed and safe zone requirements differ across the range — large-format boards need more than standard print — so check the specification on each product page. Free templates are available for most items.

Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.
