Waterproof Vinyl Stickers and Labels
Full-colour stickers printed on waterproof vinyl, for anything that gets wet, handled, chilled or used outdoors. Unlike paper, vinyl doesn't go soft, wrinkle or peel in the damp. Every shape comes with gloss, matt or no lamination, and you can order from 50 stickers.
Choose Your Shape
Round vinyl stickers come in five sizes from 37mm to 75mm. Use them for parcels, coffee cups, cake boxes, logo stickers and giveaways. The 50mm is our best-seller.
Square vinyl stickers come in four sizes from 40mm to 100mm. Use them for lids, packaging, equipment and promotional stickers.
Rectangle vinyl stickers come in four sizes from 40 × 30mm to 96 × 51mm. Use them for product labels on jars, bottles and tubs, return address labels and equipment labels.
Business card stickers are 85 × 55mm on high tack vinyl, ten to a sheet. They're made for tradespeople to stick on fuse boards, boilers and meter cupboards, where the next customer will find them.
Who Uses Them
Online sellers and retailers put them on parcels and packaging. Cafés and takeaways brand cups, bags and food boxes, since vinyl copes with condensation where paper doesn't. Tradespeople label vans, toolboxes and equipment, and leave their details on the jobs they've done. Events and clubs hand them out as giveaways and merch.
Electricians should also see our electrician stickers for consumer unit and safety labels.
Vinyl or Paper?
Choose vinyl for anything that will get wet, handled, chilled or used outdoors, or that needs to last. You can write on vinyl with a Sharpie or similar permanent marker, but not with an ordinary pen.
Choose our paper sticker sheets for dry products and packaging, or if you'll be writing on the stickers with a normal pen. Paper comes in more sizes, from five sheets. For 1,000 or more labels of one design, see stickers on a roll.
Lamination
The vinyl is waterproof with or without lamination. Lamination adds scuff resistance and a finish: gloss deepens colour and wipes clean, while matt is flat, non-reflective and more understated. Choose lamination for stickers that get handled a lot or rubbed against other things.
Getting the Artwork Right
- Set up one sticker at the exact size you've chosen
- 3mm bleed on round, square and rectangle stickers. Business card stickers need 2mm.
- Text and logos at least 3mm inside the cut line
- CMYK colour, fonts outlined, images embedded
- PDF only
Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.
