A Promotional Counter With a Sign Above It

A white counter base with a header panel on top, both branded with printed self-adhesive vinyl. The counter itself is 860mm high, and the header lifts your logo to 2080mm, where people can see it over a crowd. It arrives with your graphics already fitted, packed in a carry bag, ready to put together in 5–10 minutes.

It's the lowest-cost counter we sell, built for product demonstrations, sampling, in-store promotions and events where you need a branded point to stand behind.

Size

Counta or Another Counter?

Choose the Counta when price and a raised header matter most. It's the only counter in our range with a sign above it.

For a more premium finish, our stretch fabric counter has a seamless, washable fabric cover and storage inside. Our pop-up counter has a wraparound graphic, a beech-effect top and an internal shelf. Both also accept replacement graphics, which the Counta doesn't.

For a matching low-cost backdrop, pair it with a backdrop banner stand.

The White Corner Strips

The base graphic doesn't wrap round the corners. It's supplied as three pieces, left side, front and right side, with a 7mm unprinted gap at each front corner where the unit folds. When it's assembled, these show as two thin white strips running from top to bottom.

This is how the Counta is made, not a fault. Designs with a white or light background hide the strips best. With a dark background they'll be noticeable, so plan for them.

What Goes Wrong, and Why

Text is cut off at a corner. Something was placed in, or across, the 7mm gutter. Nothing in the gutters prints. Keep every element inside the front or side areas on the template.

Text is hidden at the top or bottom of the base. The narrow margins marked at the top and bottom of the base are covered by the unit. Only let background colour or imagery run into them.

Artwork doesn't fit. It was set up on an old template. A new template was issued in 2026, so download a fresh one from this page.

Only one graphic was supplied. The header and the base both need artwork. Supply both, even if the header is just your logo.

Changing the Design

The graphics are self-adhesive vinyl fitted to the unit, and replacement graphics aren't available for the Counta. For a new design, you order a new Counta. If you change campaigns often, a counter with replaceable graphics will work out cheaper over time.

Artwork Requirements

Use the current Counta template, which covers both the header and the base. It's at 100% of full size, so don't scale your artwork. Templates come as PDF, Illustrator, InDesign and EPS.

• Header: 770mm × 290mm
• Base: 1567mm × 844mm, split into a front area and two side areas
• Front area faces forwards. Put your main message here.
• Side areas are only visible from the sides
• 7mm gutters between front and sides don't print. Leave them empty.
• Top and bottom margins on the base are hidden. Use them for background only.
• Fonts outlined, images embedded
• No template guides or instructions in the final file
• PDF preferred, AI or EPS also accepted

Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Turnaround & Delivery

Production takes 3–4 working days. Turnaround covers production only — delivery is on top of that.

Standard UK delivery is free on all Counta orders, whatever the quantity. Collection from our Burnley production facility is also available.

How big is it?
