An Exhibition Pop Up Stand That Rolls In and Goes Up in One Piece

A folding aluminium frame that pulls open and locks, with printed panels that attach to magnetic bars on the front. The panels are rigid, 500-micron PVC with a textured, scuff-resistant face and a grey, light-blocking back, so the frame doesn't show through and the graphic stays flat. Everything packs into a wheeled case that doubles as a podium on the stand.

Sizes and Footprint

Plan your space using the overall width and depth, not the frame size. The 4×3 is 3070mm wide overall, which is too wide for a standard 3m shell scheme back wall. For a 3m space, the 3×3 at 2540mm fits with room to spare. The depth increases with size too: the 4×3 stands 960mm deep, so allow for it on a shallow stand.

Which Pop Up Stand?

We sell three kinds of pop up display. This one uses rigid printed PVC panels on a magnetic frame. It has the crispest, flattest finish and the most solid feel, and it's the heaviest to move, which is why it comes on wheels.

Our SEG fabric pop-ups use printed fabric panels instead. They're 340mm deep at every size and easier to carry. We also sell Traditional Pop-Ups (Lite), so compare the two before you order.

Putting It Up

No tools are needed.

1. Lay out and check all the parts.
2. Hold the frame by the two central poles, then pull it out and up until it's fully open.
3. Check that the round adjustable feet are at the bottom.
4. Keep opening the frame until the magnetic locking arms connect.
5. Fix the magnetic bars onto the nodes on the front and back of the frame.
6. Place the top of the first panel into the groove at the top of the frame, and it will attach.
7. Hang the remaining panels, lining each edge up against the magnetic bars.

The case becomes your podium. Stand it in front of the display for leaflets, a laptop or a sign-in sheet.

What Goes Wrong, and Why

It doesn't fit the space. The overall width and depth are bigger than the frame size suggests. Check the table above against your stand plan before ordering.

Panels don't line up. A panel hasn't been seated against the magnetic bar along its full edge. Lift it and rehang it, starting from the groove at the top.

The frame won't stay open. It hasn't been opened far enough for the magnetic locking arms to connect. Keep pulling until they meet.

Text broken by a panel join. The graphic is made of separate panels that meet side by side. Keep headlines, logos and phone numbers away from the joins shown on the template.

Scratched or damp panels. Panels stored loose, or put away wet, get marked and can damage the frame. Always pack them dry and in the case.

Looking After It

Wipe the panels with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and fingermarks. Store everything in the case, and make sure every part is clean and dry before packing it away.

The stand is designed for indoor use. It can go outside briefly in dry, calm weather, but tall panels catch the wind, and damp causes rust and damages the print.

Replacement graphic sets are available on their own, so you can update your design and keep the frame and case.

Artwork Requirements

Download the template for your size. There's also a separate template for the case graphic. Set your artwork up exactly to the template, which shows the bleed, the safe area and where each panel joins the next.

Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Turnaround & Delivery

Production takes 3–4 working days from artwork approval. Turnaround covers production only — delivery is on top of that. Every file is proofed by hand, so approving your proof promptly keeps your order on schedule.

Standard UK delivery is free on all exhibition pop up stand orders, whatever the size or quantity. Collection from our Burnley production facility is also available.

Will the frame show through the graphic?
No. The panels have a grey light-blocking back.

Can I use it outdoors?
It's designed for indoors. Brief outdoor use is possible in dry, calm weather only.

Can I replace the graphics later?
Yes. Replacement panel sets are available without the frame and case.

Is UK delivery free?
Yes. Standard UK delivery is included on all exhibition pop up stands.
