Exhibition Stands, Counters and Displays

Everything for a trade show stand, from the back wall to the counter at the front to the flag outside the door. Every product can be ordered singly, with free standard UK delivery, or collected from our Burnley facility. Most are produced in 3–4 working days.

The quickest way to choose is to decide three things: how much wall you need to fill, how you'll get it to the venue, and whether you want fabric or rigid graphics. The sections below take each in turn.

Backdrops and Back Walls

For the lightest kit to carry: stretch fabric economy stands are 2.29m tall in widths up to 2.5m. One person can put one up in about six minutes, and the fabric goes in the washing machine. Stretch fabric snake stands use the same fabric on a curved frame.

For busy aisles: stretch fabric premium stands screw into a heavy-duty base. At 13–16.5kg they stay put when people brush past, and they come in six widths up to 1.5m.

For a full back wall: SEG fabric pop-ups go up to 2970mm wide and are 340mm deep at every size, and one person can set one up in about 15 minutes. Our exhibition pop up stand uses rigid printed panels on a magnetic frame and rolls in on a wheeled case that doubles as a podium. Traditional Pop-Ups (Lite) are the budget option: the same kind of display, without the case or lights.

For free-standing fabric frames: SEG free-standing displays give a seamless edge-to-edge graphic with no visible hardware.

For the lowest cost: the backdrop banner stand holds a printed PVC graphic on an adjustable frame. Stretch fabric banners are a washable, double-sided alternative to a roller banner.

Fitting a 3m Shell Scheme

Most exhibition shell schemes have a 3m back wall, and this is where orders most often go wrong.

• SEG fabric pop-up 4×3: 2970mm wide, so it fits.
• Exhibition pop up stand 3×3: 2540mm overall, so it fits with room to spare.
• Exhibition pop up stand 4×3: 3070mm overall, so it does not fit.
• Stretch fabric economy stand 2500: 2.5m wide, so it fits with room either side.

Always plan using the overall width and depth on the product page, not the size name, and check your venue's height limit.

Counters

For storage inside: the stretch fabric counter is 800mm wide, takes 35kg on top and comes in four versions, three of them with rear access to the storage.

For the lightest counter: the stretch fabric oval counter weighs 6kg. It's fully enclosed, so it has no usable storage.

To go with a pop-up: the pop-up counter comes in two widths, 670mm and 1260mm, with a beech-effect top and a shelf inside.

For the lowest cost, with a sign above it: Counta has printed vinyl on the base and a header panel that lifts your logo to 2080mm.

For a table instead: the stretch tablecloth with 6ft trestle table.

Wall Displays and Lightboxes

For shops, showrooms and reception areas, SEG wall-mounted displays fix a slim 20mm frame to the wall, and your staff can change the fabric graphic by hand. SEG wall-mounted lightboxes add built-in LEDs and need a socket within reach of the 3m cable. Both come in 1m, 2m and 3m widths, all 2m high.

Outdoor Flags

For outside the venue or along the approach, choose from feather flags, teardrop flags, fin flags and crest flags, all up to 5.1m. For the lowest cost, see cheap feather flags. Fabric or Rigid Graphics?

Fabric (the stretch, SEG and counter ranges) is dye-sublimation printed. It doesn't crease or reflect glare, folds small, and most of it can be machine washed. It prints in CMYK only, so Pantone colours must be converted before you send your file.

Rigid PVC panels (the exhibition pop up stand and Traditional Pop-Ups) have a flat, crisp finish and a light-blocking back, so the frame never shows through. They're heavier and need more care in transport.

Artwork

Every product page has its own templates, and they aren't all the same scale. Some are set up at 20% of full size and some at 100%, so check the page before you start. Every file is checked by a real person before printing, but we don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files must be supplied print-ready.

Turnaround & Delivery

Most exhibition products take 3–4 working days to produce. Lightboxes take 3–5, because backlit fabric is printed on set days. Turnaround covers production only — delivery is on top of that.

Standard UK delivery is free on every exhibition order, with a minimum order of one. Collection from our Burnley production facility is also available.

Which displays can one person set up?
All of them. Stretch fabric stands take about six minutes, fabric counters 7–10 minutes and SEG fabric pop-ups about 15 minutes.

Can I wash fabric displays?
Most stretch fabric graphics can be machine washed at 30°C without detergent. Check the product page.

Can I use Pantone colours?
Not on fabric. Dye-sublimation prints in CMYK only, so convert Pantone colours before sending your file.

Can I replace just the graphic later?
On most products, yes. The frame outlasts the graphic. The Counta is the exception.

Will you fix my artwork?
No. Every file is checked by a real person before printing, but we don't make changes. Files must be supplied print-ready.
