Turn Your Carry Case Into a Podium

A printed graphic that wraps around a traditional pop-up carry case and fixes in place with Velcro. With the case's wooden top on, it becomes a branded podium for leaflets, a laptop or a sign-in sheet. Afterwards, the graphic rolls up and goes inside the case.

It's printed on the same 500-micron pop-up material as the stand panels, so it matches them in colour, finish and durability.

Check You Have the Right Case

The case and wooden top are not included. This graphic is only a wrap for a case you already have. It fits the carry case supplied with the full traditional pop-up kit.

It doesn't fit our Traditional Pop-Ups (Lite), because the Lite comes without a carry case or top. If you have our exhibition pop up stand, its case is a different design, so ask us about a graphic for it before ordering.

If you don't have a compatible case, our pop-up counter gives you a branded counter with a wraparound graphic and a shelf inside.

What Goes Wrong, and Why

It doesn't fit. It was ordered for a case it isn't made for. It only fits the traditional pop-up carry case, so check yours before ordering.

Logos look stretched on the corners. The graphic curves round the case, so anything placed across a corner distorts. Keep front content inside the front area and side content inside the side areas.

The join at the back doesn't line up. Anything outside the side areas wraps round to meet at the back. Keep detailed designs away from that join.

Artwork is missing from the exported file. The templates have a locked, non-printing guides layer. Put everything on the Design layer and check the exported PDF.

Artwork Requirements

Use the carry case template. Templates come as PDF, Illustrator, InDesign and EPS, and are set up at 20% of full size, so make sure your images hold their resolution when scaled up five times.

Front area, 400mm × 727mm: your main message and logo
Side areas, 210mm × 727mm each: web address, phone number or secondary content
Background runs to the red bleed line
Everything on the Design layer, nothing on the guides layer
Fonts outlined, images embedded
No template lines, crop marks or colour bars in the final file
PDF preferred, AI or EPS also accepted

Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.
