A Counter That Goes Up in Five Minutes

A folding frame that locks together magnetically, with a printed graphic panel that wraps round the front and sides. A beech-effect top sits on top, and there's a shelf inside for leaflets and bags. One person can set it up in about five minutes, and it all packs into a carry bag.

The graphic is printed on semi-rigid pop-up material: scratch-resistant, and with a light-stop backing so the frame doesn't show through.

Sizes

The 1×2 is a compact counter for one person to stand behind. The 2×2 is nearly twice the width, which gives room for two people, a laptop and a spread of brochures. Both are the same height and depth.

Which Counter?

This counter is designed to sit in front of our Traditional Pop-Ups (Lite), and it works equally well in front of our exhibition pop up stands. Its rigid printed graphic and wood-effect top give a solid, furniture-like finish.

Putting It Up

One person, about five minutes, no tools. Open the frame out until the magnetic joints lock, fit the graphic panel round the front and sides, add the shelf inside, and put the top on.

The graphic covers the front and wraps round both sides. The back is open, so whoever is behind the counter can reach the shelf.

What Goes Wrong, and Why

The frame feels loose. A joint hasn't locked. Open the frame fully until every magnetic joint clicks into place before fitting the graphic.

Text disappears round the corner. Only the central area of the graphic faces forwards; everything either side of it wraps onto the sides. Keep your main message inside the front area marked on the template.

The graphic is scuffed. The material resists scratches, but it isn't indestructible. Pack the graphic in the carry bag and don't store heavy items on top of it.

Replacement Graphics

The frame, top and shelf outlast the graphic. Replacement graphics can be ordered on their own, so a new design means a new panel rather than a new counter.

Artwork Requirements

Use the template for your size. Templates come as PDF, Illustrator, InDesign and EPS, and they're set up at 20% of full size, so make sure your images hold their resolution when scaled up five times.

• Front area: the central section between the vertical guides faces forwards. Put your logo and main message here.
• Side areas: everything either side of the front area wraps round the sides. Use it for secondary content or background.
• Background runs to the bleed on every edge
• Fonts outlined, images embedded
• No template guides or instructions in the final file
• CMYK colour
• PDF preferred, AI or EPS also accepted

Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Turnaround & Delivery

Production takes 3–4 working days. Turnaround covers production only — delivery is on top of that.

Standard UK delivery is free on all pop-up counter orders, whatever the size or quantity. Collection from our Burnley production facility is also available.

What sizes are available?
1×2 (670mm wide) and 2×2 (1260mm wide). Both are 970mm high and 430mm deep.

How long does it take to set up?
About five minutes, and one person can do it.

Is there storage inside?
Yes. There's one shelf inside, reached from the open back.

What's the top made of?

Will the frame show through the graphic?
