Square Stickers on A4 Sheets

Full-colour square stickers printed onto pre-cut A4 sheets, so each sticker peels off on its own, ready to use. They're for jar lids, boxes, gift wrap, packaging and product labels. The semi-gloss paper takes most pens, so you can add dates, prices or names by hand, and the adhesive is permanent.

Choose from three sizes and order from five sheets, which makes these the practical option for small runs, testing a new design or labelling a handful of products.

How Many Stickers Will I Get?

You order by the sheet. Divide the number of stickers you need by the stickers per sheet for your size, and round up.

Other quantities between 5 and 250 sheets are available in the options above.

Sheets or Rolls?

Sheets suit smaller runs, from five sheets, and are easy to hand out, post or keep in a drawer. If you're labelling 1,000 or more of the same product, compare the price of our stickers on a roll, which come in more shapes and sizes and are quicker to apply in bulk.

These stickers are paper, so they aren't waterproof. For anything that goes in the fridge, gets wet or is handled with oily hands, choose waterproof polypropylene labels on a roll instead.

What Goes Wrong, and Why

A thin white edge on the sticker. The sheets are pre-cut, and your design is printed onto them, so there's always a tiny variation between print and cut. The 1mm bleed covers it, but only if your background runs all the way into it on every side.

Text is cut off at the edge. The same small variation can shift content near the edge. Keep text and logos well inside the edge of each sticker.

Small text can't be read. On a 40mm sticker there's room for a logo and a few words. Put longer details on the 60mm size.

Handwriting smudges. Some pens take time to dry on semi-gloss paper. Ballpoint and permanent markers work best. Test your pen on one sticker first.

Stickers peel off in the wet. They're paper. Use them on dry products and packaging, or choose polypropylene roll labels.

Artwork Requirements

• Artwork set up at the size of one sticker: 40, 51 or 60mm square
• 1mm bleed on every edge

• One design per order. Every sticker on every sheet is the same.
• Fonts outlined, images embedded
• PDF format

Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Ordering, Turnaround & Delivery

Minimum order is five sheets of one design. For several designs, place a separate order for each.

Choose 1 working day or 3 working days. Turnaround covers production only — delivery is on top of that.

Standard UK delivery is free. Collection from our Burnley production facility is also available.

24 at 40 × 40mm, 15 at 51 × 51mm and 12 at 60 × 60mm.

What size are the sheets?
A4.

Are the stickers already cut?
Yes. The sheets are pre-cut, so each sticker peels off individually.

What's the minimum order?
Five sheets. That's 120 stickers at 40mm, 75 at 51mm or 60 at 60mm.

Can I have different designs?
Not in one order. Every sticker in an order is the same design. Place a separate order for each design.

What are they made of?

Can I write on the stickers?
