Custom Stickers on a Roll, Ready to Apply

Printed labels supplied on a roll, which makes them quicker to peel and apply by hand than sheets and tidier to store. They suit jar lids, candle tins, bottles, boxes, pouches and postal bags, for food producers, candle and cosmetic makers, subscription boxes, craft sellers and anyone labelling products in batches.

Choose from nine sizes and three materials, all with a permanent adhesive. Orders start at 1,000 labels, and turnaround is one working day or 3–4 working days.

Sizes

Measure the flat area you're labelling before you choose. On a curved jar or bottle, a label that's too tall for the curve will crease at the edges, so check the straight section of the container, not its overall height.

Which Material?

Gloss paper (78gsm) is the everyday choice for dry products and packaging. It's bright and sharp, and the most economical option.

Uncoated paper (70gsm) has a matt finish you can write on with pen or pencil. Use it for best-before dates, batch numbers, flavours or names added by hand.

Gloss white polypropylene is a plastic film that's waterproof and tougher than paper. Choose it for anything that goes in the fridge, gets wet, gets handled with oily hands or sits in a bathroom: chilled food, drinks, candles, cosmetics and soaps. Paper labels in those conditions go soft, wrinkle or peel.

What Goes Wrong, and Why

Labels peel off. They were put on a cold, damp or greasy surface, or they're paper labels in a wet environment. Apply to clean, dry, room-temperature surfaces, and use polypropylene for anything chilled or wet.

Edges crease on jars and bottles. The label is too big for the curve. Choose a smaller size, or a shape that sits on the flat part of the container.

Text is cut off at the edge. Important content was placed too close to the edge. Cutting varies very slightly from label to label, so keep text and logos well inside the template's safe area.

A thin white line around the edge. The background didn't run to the bleed line. Extend it all the way out.

Small text can't be read. On a 37mm label there's very little room. Keep to a logo and a few words, and put longer details on a larger size.

Several designs in one order. Each order is for one design. For different flavours or products, place a separate order for each.

You can upload your file when you order or send it later using the link we email after checkout. Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Minimum order is 1,000 labels of one design.

Choose 1 working day or 3–4 working days. Turnaround covers production only — delivery is on top of that.

Standard UK delivery is free. Collection from our Burnley production facility is also available.

Can I write on these labels?
Yes, on the 70gsm uncoated paper. It takes pen and pencil.

Do you offer waterproof stickers?
Yes. Choose gloss white polypropylene for labels that stay intact in the fridge, in water or with oils.

Which material for candles and cosmetics?
Polypropylene. Oils and moisture soften paper labels.

Is the adhesive permanent?
Yes, on all three materials.

Can I upload multiple designs?
No. Each order is for one design. Place a separate order for each design.

How quickly can I get them?
Choose 1 working day or 3–4 working days of production. Delivery is on top.

What file format do you need?
