Traditional Pop-Ups (Lite)

A Traditional Pop-Up Stand, Without the Extras

This is the full traditional pop-up stand, with a folding frame and printed magnetic panels, minus the carry case, case top and LED lights. The frame and graphics arrive in two cardboard boxes. You get the same display for less, as long as you don't need a case to transport it in.

Choose curved or straight, in 2×3, 3×3 or 4×3. One person can set it up in about 15 minutes.

What "Lite" Means

Choosing the Lite is a decision about transport and storage, not about how the stand looks. Once it's up, it looks the same as the full kit. What you don't get:

• No wheeled carry case
• No case top (so the case can't double as a podium)
• No LED lights
• No carry bag. The frame and graphics come in two cardboard boxes.

Choose the Lite for a stand that will mostly stay in one place: a showroom, a reception area, a permanent display, or an event you'll only attend once or twice.

Choose something else if you'll be loading it into a van for show after show. Cardboard boxes won't protect the frame or panels for long. Our exhibition pop up stand comes with a wheeled case that doubles as a podium. Our SEG fabric pop-ups use fabric panels that fold away and are lighter to carry.

Curved or Straight

Curved bows gently forwards at each end, which feels more enclosing. It takes up less width but more depth than a straight stand of the same size.

Straight is a flat wall, which suits a shallow space or a stand against a shell scheme wall.

Both come in 2×3, 3×3 and 4×3. Every version is single sided, printed on the front and ends only.

Sizes

The template sizes below are the flat size of the printed graphic, including the sections that wrap round the ends. They are not the width of the assembled stand, which is narrower. Check the stand's footprint before you order, and ask us if you need exact measurements for your space.

The panels are scratch-resistant and have a light-stop backing, so the frame doesn't show through.

Putting It Up

About 15 minutes for one person. Open the frame out fully until it locks, then hang the panels one at a time. The magnetic bars are already fixed to the back of each panel, so they grip the frame without any extra fitting.

What Goes Wrong, and Why

It doesn't fit the space. Someone planned the space using the graphic size instead of the stand's footprint. The graphic is wider than the assembled stand, but the stand has depth, especially the curved one. Check the footprint first.

Damage in transit. The cardboard boxes are packaging, not a case. If you'll be moving the stand regularly, budget for a proper case, or choose a stand that comes with one.

Text is split across two panels. The graphic is divided into separate panels that sit side by side. Keep headlines, logos and phone numbers away from the joins shown on the template.

A panel won't sit flat. It isn't lined up with the frame. Lift it off and rehang it so its magnetic bars meet the frame all the way down.

Replacement Graphics

The frame outlasts the graphics. Replacement panel sets are available on their own, so a rebrand means new panels rather than a new stand.

Artwork Requirements

Use the template for your exact shape and size. Curved and straight templates are different sizes and can't be swapped. Templates come as PDF, Illustrator, InDesign and EPS.

• Background runs to the bleed on every edge
• Important content inside the safe areas and away from panel joins
• End sections wrap round the sides of the stand, so use them for background or secondary content
• Fonts outlined, images embedded
• No template guides or instructions in the final file
• PDF preferred, AI or EPS also accepted

Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.

Turnaround & Delivery

Production takes 3–4 working days. Turnaround covers production only — delivery is on top of that.

Standard UK delivery is free on all Traditional Pop-Up (Lite) orders, whatever the size or quantity. Collection from our Burnley production facility is also available.

What's the difference between Lite and the full version?
The display is the same. The Lite leaves out the carry case, case top and LED lights, and arrives in two cardboard boxes.
