Vinyl Circle Stickers

Waterproof round vinyl stickers, printed in Burnley — from 50, in five sizes.

Round Stickers That Build Your Brand

Full-colour circle stickers printed on waterproof vinyl, in-house at our Burnley facility. They're one of the cheapest ways to put your name on everything that leaves your hands. A thank-you sticker on every parcel, a logo on every coffee cup, cake box and bag, a sticker on every tool that goes out on a job.

There are five sizes, from 37mm to 75mm, with gloss, matt or no lamination. Orders start at 50 stickers, so you can try a design before ordering in bulk.

Sizes

DiameterTypical use
37mmEnvelope seals, bag closures, small logos
40mmCoffee cup lids, small boxes, tools
50mmParcels, cake boxes, packaging. Our best-seller.
64mmJar lids, bags, larger boxes
75mmGiveaways, merch, laptops, water bottles

If you're sealing a bag or a box flap, choose a size large enough to overlap both sides by at least a centimetre. For a lid, measure its flat top and choose a sticker a few millimetres smaller, so it doesn't curl over the rim.

Who Uses Them

Etsy and online sellers put a thank-you sticker on every parcel or tissue-wrapped order. It costs pennies and makes the unboxing feel considered.

Coffee shops and cafés brand cups, cake boxes and paper bags. The vinyl doesn't go soft from condensation the way a paper sticker does.

Independent retailers use them for low-cost branding on packaging and promotions.

Trades stick their logo on tools, equipment and van kit, so it comes back if it's left on site.

Events and clubs use them for giveaways, merch and fundraisers.

Vinyl or Paper?

Choose vinyl if the sticker will get wet, handled or used outdoors, or if it needs to last. You can still write on vinyl with a Sharpie or similar permanent marker.

Choose our paper circle sticker sheets if the sticker stays dry and you'll be writing on it often, or if you need a size we don't offer in vinyl. Paper comes in ten sizes from 25mm to 112mm and takes ordinary pens.

Lamination

No lamination is the most economical option, and the vinyl is waterproof either way.

Gloss laminated deepens colour and adds a scuff-resistant, wipe-clean surface. It's a good choice for stickers that get handled a lot, such as cups and merch.

Matt laminated gives a flat, non-reflective finish that looks more understated and suits kraft and natural packaging.

Lamination adds protection against scratches and scuffs, not waterproofing. The vinyl is already waterproof.

What Goes Wrong, and Why

It lifts at the edges. The surface was dusty, greasy or damp when the sticker went on. Wipe it clean and dry first.

A border ring looks off-centre. A thin printed ring around the edge shows even the smallest shift in cutting. Avoid thin border rings, or make them thick enough that a slight shift isn't noticeable.

A thin white edge. The background didn't run into the bleed. Extend it 3mm beyond the edge all the way round.

Text is cut off. Content was placed too close to the edge. Keep text and logos at least 3mm inside the cut line.

Small text can't be read. On a 37mm sticker there's room for a logo or a couple of words. Put longer messages on 50mm or larger.

Artwork Requirements

  • Artwork set up at the size of one sticker, as a circle of your chosen diameter
  • 3mm bleed all the way round
  • 3mm safe zone: text and logos at least 3mm inside the cut line
  • 300 dpi minimum for images
  • CMYK colour
  • Fonts outlined or embedded
  • No printer marks
  • PDF only

Every file is checked by a real person before printing, so obvious problems get flagged. We don't make changes or fixes to artwork — files should be supplied print-ready.
